Hello, I’m Lara.
I’m a prolific dreamer, creator and explorer of hidden realms and wisdom traditions, who is here to help bring these fields to light and into life again.
I’ve studied with teachers and schools over the years in shamanism, dreamwork, herbalism, homeopathy, Daoism, stone medicine, tarot and psychology among more.
I’ve always been a vivid dreamer, with the ability to recall my dreams (and tell everyone about them in the morning). Bringing my family and friends the hilarious and odd stories from my dreamlife allowed me to tell a story and tell a joke at once (I have often considered being a standup comedian). As I grew older I had informative prophetic and emotionally supportive dreams. I grew to trust that my dreams would tell me if I needed to take a different action in waking life.
But I didn’t start to really consciously work with dreams, and explore their meanings, until I discovered Jungian school of thought, and learnt its techniques for analytical, archetypical and personal interpretation of dreams. Once I understood that there was a raft of people out there who also thought dreams were real, important, and of great value, I became more dedicated to these stories I received nightly, keeping a dream journal for ones which felt important. I promised my inner dream shaman that I was listening and dedicated to taking my dreams seriously (and playfully) and that I would listen and work with them.
Through this dedication to dreams and the subconscious, I have been given experiences which have transformed my perception and understanding of the world, shown me abilities I can develop in waking life, and allowed me to reach transcendent moments of grace.
I know the power of working with your dreams, I know the pleasure of it, and I am here to guide you to do the same and open up that incredible connection to dreams and their transformation that we all can have.
It is my dream to bring forth practices, knowledge and insights that you may go away with and cultivate wisdom and skill with, to become a partner with your subconscious and create beautiful dreams together.
